BelgiumKatholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium
Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium Belgium illustrates the traditional European civil law tradition of emphasis on principles of civil litigation based on individual rights and standing. No innovative reforms have yet crystallized.
